The Social Security Fairness Act has repealed the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO). This does NOT impact your city pension. Direct all questions to the Social Security Administration.

Pensioners Enrolled in Member Direct
If you are enrolled in Member Direct, you must access your advice there. CRS will no longer be mailing monthly pension payroll advice to those enrolled in Member Direct.
