Purpose: The Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Southern Railway (CSR) was created according to the provisions of the Ohio General Code 15093 et seq. and any supplemental legislation including applicable ordinances of the City of Cincinnati.

Number of Appointments: 5 Members

Term Length: 5-Year Terms

Special Requirements: • At no time shall there be more than three members of the same political party serving on the Board • Each appointment shall be residents of the city of Cincinnati
